The nose opens up to a bouquet of ripe red fruits like cherry and strawberry, with savory notes of cigar box, licorice, coffee and mint. The palate demonstrates terroir with deep minerality, earth and spices highlighted aby structured tannins. This wine pairs well with mature cheeses, lamb and beef, and red sauce pasta dishes.
